The Confederación Empresarial de Vizcaya (CEBEK) has more than 6,000 voluntary member companies who have joined the confederation, either directly or through more than 50 Sectorial Associations and Federations, who are currently associated members of CEBEK.

CEBEK participates in the different Business Organisations at all levels.

It is a founder member of the Confederación Empresarial Vasca (CONFEBASK) (Basque Employers Confederation), together with ADEGI (Asociación de Empresarios de Gipuzkoa) (Employers Association of Gipuzkoa) and SEA (Sindicato Empresarial Alavés (Business Association of Alava)).

It also has representatives in the Confederación Español de Organizaciones Empresarials  - CEOE (Spanish Confederation of Employers’ Organisations), the Confederación de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa - CEPYME (Small and Medium Businesses Confederation) and in the Confederación Española de Comercio – CEC (Spanish Trade Confederation).
