CEBEK Strategic Plan 2008/2011
During the second half of 2007, the Institutional Commission implemented an important strategic reflection process for the purpose of proposing a new Strategic Plan for 2008-2011 to CEBEK’s governing bodies. The Plan was analysed and approved during a meeting of the Management Board in December 2007.
It comprises 4 approaches and 15 strategic challenges.
