The CONFEDERACIÓN EMPRESARIAL DE BIZKAIA– BIZKAIKO ENPRESARIEN KONFEDERAZIOA (CEBEK) (Employers’ Confederation of Biscay) is a regional Business Organisation constituted as a non-for-profit entity, with voluntary membership, comprised of federations, associations and companies, whose mission is to represent and defend the interests of our members before society and all public and private institutions that affect or influence the activities of its members, in all cases with the aim of improving the competitiveness of enterprises.

In this respect, the activities of CEBEK include institutional representation, the transmission of knowledge that is useful to enterprises, the control of collective bargaining processes and the development of projects of interest to enterprises, for the purpose of achieving the satisfaction of its members and anticipating and dealing with their needs, through innovation and continual improvement

CEBEK aims to be considered:

• By its members as an organisation that represents enterprises in Biscay and responds to their demands through its activities and the dedication of its staff. 
• By companies based in Biscay as an organisation that is committed to improving competitiveness in enterprises. 
• By public and private institutions as their interlocutor in all matters related to economic development, social progress and public and private collaboration throughout the region.
