The CONFEDERACIÓN EMPRESARIAL DE BIZKAIA– BIZKAIKO ENPRESARIEN KONFEDERAZIOA (CEBEK) (Employers’ Confederation of Biscay) is a regional Business Organisation constituted as a non-for-profit entity, with voluntary membership, comprised of federations, associations and companies, whose mission is to represent and defend the interests of our members before society and all public and private institutions that affect or influence the activities of its members, in all cases with the aim of improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
In this respect, the activities of CEBEK include institutional representation, the transmission of knowledge that is useful to enterprises, the control of collective bargaining processes and the development of projects of interest to enterprises, for the purpose of achieving the satisfaction of its members and anticipating and dealing with their needs, through innovation and continual improvement

Values of CEBEK, understood as fundamental or basic concepts that must guide the actions of the organisation’s team of professionals, which include: commitment, professionalism, creativity, teamwork and achieving the satisfaction of our members.
