BUSINESS Federations and Associations within the regional scope of Biscay, duly registered in the Basque Government Register of Associations, pursuant to the applicable legislation.
To apply for membership, they must send the following information to CEBEK:

A letter addressed to the Chairperson of CEBEK, signed by the Chairman of the Association/Federation requesting membership.

A list of member companies of the Association, with the following particulars: Company name and address Corporate Tax Code Number of employees Full address Telephone, Fax, Email and Website The names of the company’s authorised representatives Principal business activity

A photocopy of the valid by-laws of the Association or Federation and a copy of its Registration Certificate

A photocopy of the Tax Code of the Association

Resolution taken by the competent body according to the By-laws that includes the decision to apply to be a member of CEBEK.

A brief Report skating the true entity and specific characteristics of the Association or Federation applying for membership. That report must include the subjects, programmes or projects and services that are required of CEBEK for the specific sector, for the purpose of ascertaining whether CEBEK is able to meet the requirements of the association.

The current composition of the governing bodies of the Association/Federation: Management Board, Executive Committee, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary,…as set forth in the By-laws

Bank account number for payment of the established membership fees. Once CEBEK has received the information, a meeting will be arranged with the representatives of the association or federation, to analyse its interest and membership of CEBEK based on this condition. Then CEBEK will send its decision regarding the request for membership in writing, in accordance with the provisions of its By-laws.
