Companies or business based in the Historic Region of Biscay may be members of CEBEK.

Companies based in Biscay are considered to be companies whose registered office or work centres are located in the Historic Region of Biscay, or whose administrative and business management operations are located there.

Companies must apply to join CEBEK firstly through the respective federation or association, if any.

PROCEDURE

1.- Submit the membership form, duly completed, and with all the boxes filled in and all the sheets signed by an authorised representative.

2.- Submit a photocopy of the last TC2 form that was paid. The workers included must be salaried workers and partners or self-employed workers are not included in the base for calculating contributions paid.

All the information contained in that form will be treated based on the principles of maximum confidentiality and secrecy, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, and stored in databases that are communicated to and supervised by the Data Protection Agency. That information will be used only for internal and statistical control purpose, and will not be used for any non-authorised purpose.
